100 DAYS OF MAKING
For my “100 Days of Making” class, I created one animation project every day for 100 consecutive days using Blender. The goal was to strengthen my animation skills through consistent practice, explore new creative techniques, and push the boundaries of ideation and design thinking. This challenge allowed me to experiment freely while developing a deeper understanding of animation as both an artistic and technical discipline.
To achieve this, I worked with various animation principles, including motion, lighting, texturing, and physics simulations, refining my workflow entirely within Blender. Each day introduced a new creative challenge, requiring quick problem-solving and adaptability. This daily practice enhanced my ability to generate ideas efficiently, improving my approach to design thinking, iteration, and execution.
By the end of the 100 days, I had created a diverse portfolio of animations, significantly improving my technical proficiency, creativity, and ability to work under time constraints. This project reinforced the value of consistent experimentation, helping me approach design challenges with greater confidence and a refined creative process.
